In October 2023, Van Anh Tran successfully defended her PhD thesis at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung under the supervision of Prof. Frank Neese.

The thesis is entitled "Response properties of open shell molecules and their application in studies of electron paramagnetic resonance parameters".
