Hrishikesh Joshi, doctoral student in the group ''Heterogeneous Catalysis' under the supervision of Prof. Ferdi Schüth (MPI für Kohlenforschung) successfully defended his thesis (Rattle-tape catalysts with spatially distinct active centers for the cascaded valorization of glucose) on April 22nd, 2020. Like Serena Alfarano before, Hrishikesh Joshi had to defend his dissertation via video chat due to the current situation. We congratulate Hirshikesh on this success.
