Niklas Cibura, who studied in the group 'Nanobased Heterogeneous Catalysts' lead by Dr. Simon Ristig (former Prof. Jenniger Strunk) and in the department of Prof. Robert Schlögl, is the third IMPRS-RECHARGE student to defend his dissertation since its founding in 2015. The title of his doctoral thesis, which he defended on August 12th, 2019, is "Fundamental studies on catalytic properties of manganese oxides in oxidation reactions". Congratulations to Niklas!
