The portal of EURAXESS Germany contains practical information concerning professional and daily life in Germany, as well as information on job and funding opportunities. EURAXESS also offers a 'guide to getting a German Work Permit'. National EURAXESS service centres help researchers and their families to plan and organise their move to a foreign country, providing assistance in all matters related to mobility.

The Federal Foreign Office in Germany gives an overview of visa requirements and exemptions and provides usefull information on studying and working in Germany.
